1. General Overview
ALL ECO offers delivery throughout Canada, with a focus on local Ottawa delivery and our refill bottle exchange program.
We use a combination of trusted carriers (Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, and other regional services) to ensure reliable, eco-conscious shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on:

your delivery location, and

your chosen carrier or delivery method.
Because of these variables, shipping fees may differ from one order to another. Final shipping rates are displayed before payment is completed.
2. Local Delivery (Ottawa Area Only)

We currently offer local in-person delivery and jar exchange services within select Ottawa postal codes.

Orders placed by Monday at 11:59 p.m. are delivered on Wednesday of that same week.

Minimum order for local delivery: $30.

Free delivery may be available for limited-time promotions or specific order thresholds — details will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Customers participating in the jar exchange program are responsible for returning empty jars at the time of delivery to avoid additional deposit charges.
3. National Shipping (Canada-Wide)

Orders shipped outside Ottawa are fulfilled using Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS.

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on carrier rates, weight, and destination.

Typical delivery times range from 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

4. Free Shipping
From time to time, ALL ECO may offer free shipping promotions or local delivery discounts.
All such promotions will be clearly communicated on our website, social media, or newsletter.
5. Packaging & Sustainability
We are committed to minimizing packaging waste.
Whenever possible, we use recycled materials, refillable jars, and minimal protective wrapping while ensuring your items arrive safely.
