❓ Do I need to wash my jar before returning it?
Yes, please give jars a quick rinse before putting them out for pickup. Don’t worry about sterilizing—we’ll professionally clean and sanitize every jar before reuse.
❓ What if I forget to put out my empty jar?
We’ll still deliver your order, but you’ll be charged another jar deposit since we can’t collect your empty. You’ll be able to return jars on your next order to stop paying additional deposits.
❓ What if I break or lose a jar?
If a jar is lost or broken, the deposit covers the replacement cost. No additional fees will be charged beyond the lost deposit.
❓ How much is the jar deposit?
The deposit amount varies by jar size. It will be clearly listed in your cart before checkout.
❓ Do I ever get my deposit back?
Yes. Your deposit is refunded when jars are returned at the time of exchange. If you stop ordering from us, you can return your jars to reclaim your deposit.
❓ Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled before Monday at 11:59 PM. After this time, all orders are final.
❓ Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, no. Because this is a closed-loop system with perishable/consumable goods, all sales are final. This ensures product safety and keeps our system sustainable.
❓ Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free within select local postal codes with a minimum order of $30 pre-tax. If your order doesn’t meet the minimum, a small delivery fee will apply.
❓ What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
No problem—just leave your jars in a visible, safe spot (front porch, step, etc.) for pickup. We’ll leave your new jars in the same spot.
❓ What happens if my delivery is missed?
If we attempted delivery but couldn’t access your property or no jars were left out, your order will still be left (and a deposit charged if jars weren’t returned). No refunds can be issued for missed deliveries.
